Oooh. Chocolate sounds really good! But 80% is too much cocoa content for my taste – bitter! About 60-65% is my “sweet spot.”

Orange is my favorite!
Our church sells Fair Trade chocolate and it is wonderful. They haven’t had coconut, but the orange, blueberry, and ginger. They also have hot cocoa mix which is delicious.
I have heard lots of great things about Vital Choice’s seafood, but I never knew they sold chocolate until now!

This chocolate sounds wonderful! Often the specialty chocolates made in smaller batches are much better quality then the mass produced brands. The human touch and attention to detail shows.
Dark chocolate is good for you, but so many chocolates are made under the worst conditions. It’s great to know there are better, fairly-traded products out there.
